Title: neutronv2 api unit test case error Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova): Incomplete Bug description: if neutron has port binding extension, the port client should be an admin user, which should be a different client with neutron. check this link https://github.com/openstack/nova/blob/master/nova/tests/unit/network/test_neutronv2.py#L375-L379 line 376 and 379 should use difference mock client object.
