changes-since with deleted instance causes 500

Bug description:
Making a detailed list call using the changes-since query parameter
causes a 500 Error from Nova API when a deleted instance is being
returned.
Steps to reproduce:
1) boot instance
2) delete instance
3) wait for instance to finish deleting
4) make detailed list call with changes-since set to datetime before the
instance was deleted
5) observe 500 error from api.
