Title: When creating a stack with the 'roll back' option fails the stack should not be removed from the stacks list Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon): New Bug description: When creating a stack with the 'roll back' option and running heat stack-list the stack disappears from the list if the stack creation fails. It may be hard to realize that a failure occurred and to analyse the cause of failure so adding a status such as 'failed and rolled back' may be appropriate.
