Router details page structure is inconsistent with other detail pages

Bug description:
The Routers details page has an overview section at the top, then
below Interfaces table is displayed in a tabgroup. This is
inconsistent with other detail pages. (Included screenshot to show
the differences).
Question 1. Why is Interfaces displayed a part of a tab group? Should it
just be a table (like Network Details).
Question 2. If interfaces needs to be part of a tab group then:
a. Overview should be on its own tab, 2nd tab
interfaces, then tabgroup appears at top (like Instances details page)
b. Or rename single tab to overview and include
overview detail on interfaces tab.
