The novaclient takes a --bypass-url argument, which should be used
rather than the endpoint in keystone, but the argument appears to be
ignored.

Steps:
Source openrc with OS_TENANT_NAME, OS_USERNAME, OS_PASSWORD, OS_AUTH_URL, and
OS_REGION_NAME
Run 'nova --bypass-url badurl list'
