Public bug reported: according to the dnsmasq man ( http://linux.die.net/man/8/dnsmasq) client id should be written to dhcp-hostsfile, [<hwaddr>][,id:<client_id>|*][,net:<netid>][,<ipaddr>][,<hostname>][,<lease_time>][,ignore] but in current implementation all the option are written to dhcp-optsfile
