We propose to extend the neutron API to allow tenants to stretch their
BGP based IP VPN to their Openstack project.
This extension would allow to create BGPVPN connection objects based on
route targets informations. A BGPVPN objects would be assign to a
tenant. The tenant could then easily stretch its IP VPNs to its
Openstack project, by attaching networks to the corresponding BGPVPN
connection.
This RFE is related to the BGPVPN spec.
