creating multiple instances
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):

Bug description:
Running into dead lock errors when launching instances where instance count >
than 5.
Running Ice house on ubuntu 14.04
Using Haproxy and maria DB cluster.
If I run instance creation with instance count < 5 , everything works
correctly.
I suspect issue related to optimistic concurrency with mariaDB and nova not
handling it correctly.
