Fix fwaas and lbaas UI for NVP advanced service router

Bug description:
The NVP advanced service plugin provides firewall and load balancer service
on an L3 router. The UI needs to provide attributes for firewall and load
balancer extensions for advanced service router.
The following are attributes that need to be added:
Router: distributed and service_router
Firewall: router_id
VIP: router_id
