Bug description:
Steps to reproduce:
* Create volume vol-1
* Create instance vm-1
* Attach vol-1 to vm-1
Assuming both are created in local datastore ds-1 accessible to esx
host h-1
* Migrate vm-1 to a different esx host h-2 and datastore ds-2
* Now detach vol-1
