Brocade MLX plug-ins config options for switch need a group title
Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):

Bug description:
In order to create config option reference docs, changes need to be
made to the INI file and config registrations for Brocade MLX ML2 and
L3 plug-ins to include a block name for the switch options. Currently
there is no block name as the block names are dynamic based on the
switch_names value.
