  Not able to acces internet on cirros vm in openstack

  Invalid

Bug description:
  I have a Juno multinode setup (Controller node, Network node, 2
  Compute nodes) and I am trying to acces internet on cirros VM but i am
  unable to acces it. i want to install an app on cirros vm for which i
  need internet access. However i am able to ping this vm through ext-
  net.
