Under Admin, it is possible to create networks under any desired project,
provider network type, segmentation id, physical network etc.
When Project is clicked, the dropdown menu lists only the available
projects/tenants similarly Provider network type should list only the
configured type drivers instead of hardcoding the 5 values(Local, Flat, VLAN,
GRE, VXLAN).
