Hyper-V: After live migration succeded, the only instance dirs on the
source host are not cleaned up

Bug description:
After the instance has succesfully live migrated to a new host, the
instance dirs on the source host should be removed. Not doing so can
cause useless clutter and used disk on the source node. This issue is
more notably when hundreds, thousands of instances were deployed to a
host.
