Public bug reported: The OpenStack Cloud Administrator Guide has a section called "Configure neutron agents" with a section called "Configure Load-Balancer- as-a-Service (LBaaS)" that is out of date. This needs to be updated for LBaaSv1 (lbaas->q-lbaas, etc.) and LBaaSV2.
