We are now using version juno stable， useing ceph as backend。
In the following scene，delete instance will take more time than icehouse。
1. Create an instance.
2. Wait for instance become "Active" status.
3. Wait for instance have fixed ip address
4. Make image snapshot of the created instance.
5. Wait for image snapshot "Active" status.
6. Delete the instance created in step 1。
in icehouse ，we can delete instance in 10 seconds,Recently we upgrade to juno
, the time increased to30~40 seconds that
discovered by our Monitoring System。
