Glance service:-
- Deactivate an image using curl command from the api.
- The same image is shown as the status as deactivated in the curl command
status.
- Go to Horizon Dashboard, The same image is shown as deactivated but there is
one processing bar in front of the Deactivated column which shows the action is
in progress and is not completed.
- As for informational purpose this is wrong once deactivated tag is there it
should not show the processing bar.
