Public bug reported:

Keystone code is using a lot of deprecated methods in assignment manager. This
will cause problems if anybody ever sets fatal_deprecations to True since
normal operations will just stop working.

You can find the users of the deprecated methods by removing them from
keystone/assignment/core.py and running the tests. The tests should all
work (except for the ones to verify that the deprecated methods are
there).

** Affects: keystone
     Importance: Undecided
     Assignee: Brant Knudson (blk-u)
         Status: In Progress
