When I test cinder volume display_name's boundary value, the error
message is not clear
When I test cinder volume display_name's boundary value, the error message is
not clear.
The error message describe it as a server error (HTTP 500) . We do not
know that too long name cause the error from the message.
Should the message describe the error more clearly? Do we need add some
detail to the error messages?
