Bug description:
In LBaaS v2 extension. get_resources function manages plural - single
resource map. sub resources are not handled by
resource_helper.build_plural_mappings function, hence should be added
manually as an exception.
New added in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/216465 patch sni_container_refs
attribute should be added.
plugin unit test testing it should be added in
neutron_lbaas/tests/unit/services/loadbalancer/test_loadbalancer_plugin.py next
to test_listener_create test function which tests it with empty SNI list
