Angular table pagination needs better verbiage

Bug description:
The Angular table pagination currently says:
"Showing 10 items"
It would be more useful if it said something like:
"Showing 10 of 25 items."
(it doesn't need to say which page it's on as that is visually
demonstrated in the nav bar.)
