Now when ovs/lb agent create a ipset sets, it already use '-exist' option, I
think deleting a ipset member also need this option,
the option '-exist' in http://ipset.netfilter.org/ipset.man.html described as
bellow:
-!, -exist
Ignore errors when exactly the same set is to be created or already added entry
is added or missing entry is deleted.
