Public bug reported: When an instance is successfully (or unsuccessfully) created, a message pop up appears that displays the corresponding message and includes the instance name in it. When the instance name is very long, the pop up becomes too big. There is no need to display the entire instance name in this message. It looks obnoxious and crowds the screen. These messages should be truncated to a specified length in settings. If the user consistently has long instance names and really wants to see the entire instance name on creation, they can adjust that setting to do so.
