While working on another bug I noticed the "deleted" value was included
twice in the STATUS_DISPLAY_CHOICES tuple in
https://github.com/openstack/horizon/blob/master/openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/instances/tables.py.
Probably a cut and paste error when someone was adding a new value.
