It seems on a standard nova/ceph deployment an unrescue command doesn't
clean up the .rescue RBD disk created for the rescue environment.
$ rbd ls compute | grep e9f2e3f4-f095-45b4-b5f2-1b34d3776191

$ nova rescue e9f2e3f4-f095-45b4-b5f2-1b34d3776191
