Since the "location" and "copy-from" flags are being deprecated /
reserved in the newest version of the Glance CLI for creating images, it
would be useful to at least replace their functionality with something
similar.
Suggest adding a flag called "--image-url" that eliminates the need to
copy an image to an OpenStack account in order to use it, similar to how
"--location" worked.
Suggest adding a flag called "--copy-url" that allows the user to
provide a URL to an existing image (e.g. on S3), where it can be copied
from, similar to how "--copy-from" worked.
