There are two valid flows where security-groups are not being tested at
the moment:
1. Creating a port with no associated security-groups
2. Updating a port with multiple security-groups
Although a test named test_update_port_with_multiple_security_groups exists
already,
it tests a port create flow as opposed to what the name suggests - a port
update flow.
