1. Create new environment (Ubuntu) with ceilometer-redis plugin.
2. Add 3 controllers, mongoDB and 2 computes, ceph-osd
3. Start deployment. It was successful
4. Run OSTF test. It was successful
5. Remove 1 controllers, mongoDB
6. Start deployment. It has failed with error: Deployment has failed. Method
granular_deploy.
