This is not a neutron bug and is nova related. It may be due to the fact
that the OVSVAPP has nova code out of tree...

Made the ovsvapp up
On nova boot the vm fails to get hosted due to error:got an unexpected
keyword argument 'flavor' in screen-n-cpu.log
