It would be highly valuable for a user to be able to run cloud-init with
custom user-data using local datasource post deploy ....e.g:
1# juju deploy myservice
2# juju scp user-data.yaml
myservice/0:/var/lib/cloud/seed/nocloud-net/user-data2
3# juju run --service myservice "/usr/bin/cloud-init --local -f
/var/lib/cloud/seed/nocloud-net/user-data2"
Support for something along these lines would allow for charming up
cloud-init too, something I've been dreaming about for a while now!
