Bug description:
The glance image metadata 'hypervisor_type' and 'hypervisor_version_requires'
are not honored. The reason is that these are replaced by img_hv_type and
img_hv_requested_version
So the scheduler will not take these into account. This break scheduling ina
hybrid cloud
