Domain field on login page is not pre-filled by
OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_DEFAULT_DOMAIN.
Horizon uses OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_DEFAULT_DOMAIN value for creating entities when
running on single-domain model, but on multi-domain model it would be useful to
pre-fill Domain field on the login page with default domain too.
