Title: L3 agent failover does not work Status in neutron: Fix Released Bug description: Based off Juno GA release bits, testing with L3 agent failover feature by adding following line to neutron.conf file: allow_automatic_l3agent_failover = True If we create a couple routers and networks with it, and shutdown network node with router namespace on it, the router namespace will failover to other network node (total 3 in my case) after 10 minutes. If we create 10+ routers and networks associated with each other, failover does not happen at all if we shutdown any network node. No routers get migrated to other network node; no errors in neutron logs. We have tested this on 3 different systems not with DVR configured. BTW, is there a way to configure how long for failover to happen? sometimes 10 minutes is a little too long.
