In ng-launch instance, it has a case that a available image does not appear.
The steps below to reproduce .
1. [instances]-[launch instance]
2. In source section, I choose "image" in Select Boot Source and choose any
available image.
3. In same section, I change Boot Source. For example, "Instance Snapshot".
4. In same section, I re-change Boot Boot Source to "image".
5. I can not select image which is selected in step 1 (not display).
At the moment, allocated information does not be initialized when we change
Boot Source.
We should initialize when we change Boot Source.
