I'm going to mark this Invalid since it has not been updated in over a
year, and this should be working in the LIberty code.

Title:
ipv6 routers don't define a default route
Status in neutron:
Invalid
Bug description:
When a router is created between two IPv6 networks with a gateway on
one of these networks, the router fails to setup a default route to
the gateway. This causes IPv6 traffic not to be forwarded to external
networks.
The problem is characterized by the fact that the function
external_gateway_added don't handle the IPv6 case. This may be solved
by backporting the commit 9e1c61b93ab3523bc1b5510775c1ee3331097f21 to
Icehouse.
Combined with bugfixing #1355195, this enables functional IPv6
routers.
