Public bug reported: Some time ago the EC2 code inside Nova was deprecated and will be removed during Mitaka. With https://review.openstack.org/#/c/226856/ the EC2 API is not longer enabled by default.
Because the EC2 API is not longer enabled by default I think we have to remove the EC2 service/user from the tools/sample_data.sh script, the endpoint from the etc/default_catalog.templates file, the EC2 service from the doc/source/configuringservices.rst documentation file. I am not sure about keystone.contrib.ec2. Also I am not sure about EC2 specifc test cases in keystone.tests. Are they required by the new ec2-api project? ** Affects: keystone Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Yahoo!
