3. reproduce steps:
3.1 I loaded an ISO image of Ubuntu 14.04.03 LTS to OpenStack images.

3. reproduce steps:
3.1 I loaded an ISO image of Ubuntu 14.04.03 LTS to OpenStack images.
3.2 I did an volume at 22 GBs.
3.3 I tried to lunch an instance from a created volume with Ubuntu OS.
3.4 I got an error message.
Expected result:
* successfully created virtual machine with its own virtual storage device.
Actual result:
* An error message.
