Remember used tenant

Bug description:
I have user, which have access to several tenants. E.g. "qa", "persistent",
"scratch". I can select my current tenant in scroll box on top of page of
Horizon dashboard. It is kept under current session.
However when session timeouts and I have to re-login, then chosen tenants is
reset to first one - in my case "qa".
This is quite annoying and it would be nice if Horizon can remember the
chosen tenant and return to tenant I used before session timeouted or before I
logoff.
