List users with domain_id query parameter returning 500 Error for IDP
created with wrong credentials
Status in OpenStack Identity (keystone):

Bug description:
Created an IDP for a domain, with wrong user_bind_dn, user_bind_pwd.
Keystone returned 201(Success) Response.
But while fetching the users for this domain using the API
/v3/users?domain_id=<domain_id>, Keystone returns 500 "Internal Server
Error"
