Public bug reported: The admin_token_auth filter was meant to be deprecated in this commit.[1] However, instead it was removed from the pipelines in etc /keystone-paste.ini. This makes it a breaking change for consumers of the puppet modules (and probably others) that rely on the admin_token_auth filter for initial endpoint setup.
We need to leave the admin_token_auth filter in those pipelines until the deprecation period is over in the O release.
