I've checked your bug. So you have user True live migration using shared
storage.
This type of live migration is made instantly without copying any data( from
libvirt view) so
DomainJobInfo has info about memory proceed equal to 0.
If you try block live migration
nova live-migration <instance> <destination> --block-migrate
and look to database you will see that all data persisted correctly.
