In hz-expand-detail-directive.js

/hz-expand-detail.directive.js) there's currently no way to do some
operation to the table on expansion.
For example, I'd like the following workflow:
1. user expands table row
2. event is broadcast, in which the row data is broadcasted
3. we do some operation to populate the expanded drawer, based on the row data.
