Content-body doesn't move left aligned in material theme

Bug description:
In material theme, when the page is minimum mode, the sidebar is hidden but
content-body doesn't move.
So, there remain much empty space on left side. The browser width is short,
though.
It should be moved like same as the sidebar for usability.
