In my opinion, this is likely to confuse users and may result in them accidentally deleting an instance when their intention was to shut it down. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHELOSP 6 - Juno How reproducible: Consistently. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to Project > Compute > Instances 2. Observe that the 'Terminate Instances' button resembles a power button.
