Public bug reported:
When there is a single access keypair, by default it is populated as initial
value for keypair (Access & Security tab) while launching instance.Due to this
every instance that get created is referring the same keypair though user was
not selected.
And also 'Access and Security' fields are not mandatory to select automatically.
Access keypair association with instance should happen only when user
selects explicitly, not by default.
