I have connected Openstack to vCenter.
This is my audit information from compute.log

As you can see Free Memory is 3308 but in my horizon dashborad it shows
that only 1GB of memory is available. And it does not allow me to
utilize all 3 GB of vCenter memory that is actually avaiable.
