It's very likely that this is a configuration issue and it sounds like a
duplicate to bug 1534273. Especially this log entry should show you this:

passwordCredentials - the server could not comply with the
request since it is either malformed or otherwise incorrect.

Please double-check if the Keystone authentication settings in
"/etc/nova/nova.conf" are correct [1].
