If Launch Instance is triggered while a table is polling, weirdness
occurs. To recreate:
1) Launch an Instance on Project > Instances
2) Immediately go to Launch another (actual time limit will depend on API speed)
3) The second Launch Instance will likely look fine; however, when you close it
and open again, you'll see 2, 3 maybe more modals at once. This is easy to see
when you hit cancel, and have to click through multiple modals. The lag also
increases drastically.
