After running rally tests HA networks remain existing although all HA routers
were deleted.
For example, after running create_list_routers we have just one router (which
was not created by rally) and around 35 HA networks:
http://paste.openstack.org/show/491573/ There are no ports on these networks
and they can be simply deleted with "neutron net-delete <id>" command.
