specifically 088_domain_specific_roles.py and
091_migrate_data_to_local_user_and_password_tables.py
I can't remember which section I had to comment out with the 091
migration, but in the 088 one it was the following.
migrate.UniqueConstraint(role_table.c.name,
name=_ROLE_NAME_OLD_CONSTRAINT).drop()
If it was easier to translate into actual sql statements I might be able
to give more info.
